• Shipment management: full or partial sale of our cargo space for forwarding shipments on behalf of freight forwarders, followed by constant follow-up and, when required, we can arrange line-haul pickups with airport delivery in order to save valuable time otherwise lost in warehouse transit.

• Station assistance: direct assistance, or assistance through our partners, at all departure stations; escort service at JFK and LAX for high-value cargo.

• Operations: each of your shipments is handled operationally as if it were managed directly with the carrier or its local representative. Apart from the use of our AWB numbering to access our commercially dedicated space, no document is reissued or issued by us unless explicitly requested by the agent; only your AWB and any related document pouch will travel with the cargo.

• Customer Service: limited to freight forwarder-carrier mediation, providing freight forwarders with different pricing and service solutions (one supplier, multiple solutions).
