98% of our business focuses on direct management with carriers and the sale of our allotments to freight forwarders, handling rates and allotted cargo space according to customer needs, ensuring carriers an allotment performance rate of approximately 96% and secure cargo space for freight forwarders 52 weeks a year. The remaining 2% concerns the assignment of our Airway Bills (AWB), always maintaining a strategic and results-oriented approach.
